The company is led by Mr. Prashant Pandurang Kulkarni, a Mechanical Engineering professional with over 32 years of combined industrial and entrepreneurial experience, including more than 23 years in senior leadership roles before establishing Devam Udyog.

His expertise spans Business Development, New Product Development (NPD), Production Planning & Control, Vendor Development, Material Management, Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kulkarni has successfully established new manufacturing facilities, developed press shops and assembly lines, implemented Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management Systems, and led business growth initiatives for leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. This rich industry experience forms the foundation of Devam Udyog's commitment to excellence.
